Refund & Download Policy

Because hymn downloads are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download has been accessed.

Digital downloads

If a download link fails or a file is corrupt, email thehymngeneration@gmail.com within 14 days and we will re-send it or issue a refund.

Deposits become non-refundable once creative work has begun. Refunds before work has started are made in full.

Donations are gifts to the ministry and are non-refundable, except in cases of demonstrable error.
